Sarah

Sarah was born and raised in Ontario and has had a passion for animals (especially cats) for as long as she can remember.  It was the bond she formed with her childhood cat, Gracie, that encouraged her to join the veterinary industry as a way to give back for all of the unconditional love she received. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Guelph in 2020 before moving to Kamloops, BC in 2021. 

Now living in the Lower Mainland, Sarah is finishing up her Diploma in Respiratory Therapy. She joined the Guildford Animal Hospital team in 2023 after gaining a few years of experience in both Ontario and Kamloops. Although she spends most of her days now working with human patients, she enjoys the connections she makes with clients while working at Guildford.

In her spare time, you can find Sarah hanging out with her cats Jimmy and June, walking the Stanley Park Seawall, or checking out a local brewery.
